Questions About Our Products

My shirt is amazing! How should I wash it?
The best way to wash your shirt is to do so in cold water and preferably on its own for the first wash. Do not use any stain sticks, bleach, or intense detergents.
Will my shirt shrink?
Our shirts are made with a variety of materials like Airlume Combed Ring-Spun Cotton, Polyester, and more so it varies. Shirts with more than 70% Airlume Combed Ring-Spun Cotton may shrink if dried at a high temperature. Due to the cotton being ring-spun, it will shrink less than average cotton so you may barely notice any shrinkage.
How do your shirts fit?
All of our products are unisex. We find that they fit like the average shirt and you can view the sizing guide on each product to see how it will fit you.
Where are your shirts made?
We strive for a globalized network and our Bella Canvas shirts are made around the world in sweatshop free, sustainable, and organic facilities. 
Can I use multiple promotion codes at checkout or do you have any for me to use?
We only take one promotion code per order, so make sure you pick the best one! 
What is your return policy?
If you are in the United States and would like to return a product within 10 days after the product ships for a valid reason then just send an e-mail to BloomClothingCompany@gmail.com with the order number as well as the reason for return.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?
If you receive a damaged product, we would love to help you get it sorted out! All you have to do is contact BloomClothingCompany@gmail.com within 5 days after the product has been received with your order number, an explanation of how the item is damaged, and a picture of the damage.

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be back?
If an item is out of stock, we will try to get it back in stock as soon as we can. If you would like more details on when it might come back in stock, send an e-mail to BloomClothingCompany@gmail.com and we will give you a better idea of when it will come back.

How much goes to the bees, seas, and trees?
We donate to three amazing non-profit organizations with each product purchased. Bee City USA, Oceana, and the Arbor Day Foundation each receive an even split of $1.00 per product sold at Bloom Clothing Company. At the bottom of each product page you can see how much we have donated so far. 
Where are you located?
The idea for Bloom started in Geneva, Ohio and took off in Cleveland, Ohio out of our owner's dorm room.
When did Bloom launch?
Bloom launched on July 27th of 2017 after a few days of hard work. We launched with our original Bloom Tee in Black, Coral, and Teal. We've done some amazing things since our launch, and we have so much more planned for you.

Questions about shipping

How long will my order take to get here?
If you live in the United States we aim to ship your order the day after we received it unless it is the weekend. You should expect your order within 3-7 business days.
Will I get notified of my product shipping?
The second we seal the packaging for your order, an e-mail is automatically sent to the e-mail you used at checkout notifying you of the shipping label being created.
Will I be able to track my order during shipping?
Along with your shipping confirmation e-mail, you will receive a tracking number which will update as your product makes its way across the country, or world!
